At Oyster, every piece is crafted with care and precision. We want you to love your jewellery, and we aim to keep our policies clear and transparent.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging.

Original invoice and certificates (if any) must be returned along with the product
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom-made or personalised jewellery

Jewellery made to specific size or design requests

Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

Loose stones
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to product availability.

Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after the product passes quality inspection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time: 7–14 business days after approval.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:

A damaged product

An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Return Process

Share your order number, reason for return/exchange, and supporting images.

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Shipping for Returns

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using insured and trackable shipping for returns.

Oyster is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not started.

Once an order enters production, cancellations are not allowed.
Policy Exceptions
Oyster reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions or show signs of misuse or damage.
